Ohmine 3 Grain Hiyaoroshi Yamadanishiki
Tasting Notes
Brewed with the “king of sake rice,” Yamadanishiki, this Hiyaoroshi expresses an elegant profile highlighted by layers of fruity acidity and subtle minerality. Aged gently for over six months at low temperatures, it develops aromas reminiscent of sweet muscat grapes and fresh apples, balanced with umami depth. On the palate, it is rounded and smooth, finishing with a long, lingering aftertaste full of maturity and refinement.
