Return & Shipping Policy
General Information
Our prices do not include shipping, handling, insurance, or sales taxes. Our products are packed in wine shippers with protective Styrofoam inserts. Street addresses and phone numbers are required for all shipments. In the United States, an adult over the age of 21 must be present to sign for the shipment. We cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.
We will email you when we’ve received your order. We will update you when we’ve processed your order and again when it ships.
Returns
We allow products to be returned only if the product is defective. Returns of alcohol products are for store credit only. There is no cash, check or credit card refunds for alcohol under any circumstances.
Domestic Shipping
We ships primarily via Ground service using FedEx, GSO, or UPS. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days depending upon the distance and the weather condition from our warehouse in City of Industry to the destination.
We do not offer same-day or Next Day at the moment.
Shipping costs vary widely based on the number of bottles shipped, the distance from our store in City of Industry to the destination, and the type of service selected.

Out-of-State: We can ONLY ship to the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, N Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, & Wyoming.
Local Messenger Service
